How do you ensure the freshness of your produce during shipping?
All items are harvested to order and packed in temperature-controlled, eco-friendly insulation with cold packs to ensure they arrive at your doorstep as fresh as they were in the field.
Are your farming practices organic?
Yes, Eva-Anna Farms follows strict organic growing standards. We never use synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or GMO seeds, focusing instead on regenerative soil health.
When will my order be delivered?
We ship every Monday and Tuesday to avoid weekend transit delays. Depending on your location, you can expect your delivery within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.
What is your return policy for perishable food items?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer subscription boxes?
Absolutely! You can subscribe to our Seasonal Harvest Box for weekly or monthly deliveries and save 10% on every order compared to individual purchases.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to all 48 contiguous states in the US. We are unable to ship fresh produce to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
